Requires at least two independently instrumented observers with stable slot and blockhash identifiers, synchronized clocks, recorded clock uncertainty and first-seen event timestamps. A single RPC query or two RPC response times are not propagation measurements.

Geyser-compatible streaming adapters and durable independent ingestion workers are not connected. Rotor-specific analytics remain unavailable until a real implementation exposes those metrics.
