API Documentation
Public endpoints use /api/public/ so external clients can reach them without a wallet or site sign-in. No private keys, wallet credentials or RPC secrets are required.

Responses and limits
200: observation result. 400: invalid identifier. 429: local request limit (60 requests/minute per observer IP per server instance, not a global quota). 503: source unavailable or unsupported certificate source. Responses may be cached for five seconds. Missing values are null; not found does not mean an invalid transaction.
Measurement contract
Finality samples correlate the same slot and blockhash within one collection run using monotonic timestamps. They measure first confirmed-block observation to first finalized-block observation, a polling lower bound. RPC response time is separate. Historical data is limited to the latest 500 samples and 100 collection runs; no continuous uptime is inferred.
Blockhash lookups
The explorer searches the latest 32 finalized slots by blockhash. Public RPC does not expose a complete blockhash index. Use a slot for older blocks.
